Colección: 7 Chakras

The seven chakras are invisible energy centers in the body that store information and distribute life force. They form a "chakra ladder" that starts at the root chakra at the base of the spine and progresses upward to the crown chakra at the top of the head:

Root chakra
Also known as muladhara in Sanskrit, this chakra governs basic survival needs. When it's clear and energy flows through it freely, people feel secure and confident that they can fulfill their needs.
Sacral chakra
This chakra is associated with addictions and gluttonous behaviors. When balanced, it can lead to joy, but when out of balance, it can deprive people of enjoyment and personal power.
Solar plexus chakra
Also known as the Manipura Chakra, is the third energy center in the human body it's said to be the body's energy powerhouse. When balanced, it's said to help you feel confident, in control of your life, and able to overcome fear and make conscious choices.
Heart chakra
Also known as Anahata, this chakra is located in the center of the chest and represents love, compassion, forgiveness, and connection with others. A balanced heart chakra can lead to healthy relationships, the ability to give and receive love, and inner peace.
Throat chakra
Also known as vishuddha in Sanskrit, this chakra is located in the neck region and is associated with expression and communication. It connects the ability to speak and listen, to sing, and to express thoughts creatively.
Third eye chakra
Also known as Ajna in Sanskrit, it's associated with intuition, imagination, and spiritual insight. It's also known as the "perception center" and is believed to be the gateway to higher consciousness.
Crown chakra
Also known as Sahasrara, this is the seventh and final chakra and is represented by the color violet. It's connected to conscious behavior and mindfulness, and when open, it can allow people to feel at one with the universe and spiritually aware.
